Textile obssessed Richard Quinn showcased first time at The London Fashion Week in collabaration with London's iconic store Liberty. A graduate from Central Saint Martins and having interned at Christian Dior and Richard James on Saville Row, he is an self acclaimed obsessive, who cites designs of John Galliano and Jean Paul Gaultier as his favourites.

His collection for Liberty was whimsical, fantastically floral. Playing with the famous floral prints which is Liberty's heritage, Quinn pushed florals to an extreme, enlarging them. Known for his gimp suits and foil, he incorporated those with overblown power shoulders, retro florals and masked models giving Liberty the much needed edge. The prints were bold, mordern, enlarged, whimsical.

Liberty's heritage got the insurgence it needed - and so did the second day of London Fashion Week. Quinn could soon be the new star designer, much neeeded for London.
